Jason Aguiló joined the Firm in 2008 after graduating from the University of Michigan Law School. Mr. Aguiló is a member of the Firm’s Litigation and Arbitration Practice Group. In representation of a diverse group of clients, he has litigated at the trial and appellate levels in both the Puerto Rico and Federal courts in connection with a wide array of civil and commercial matters. His practice is focused on dealer and distributor agreements, torts, securities litigation, and business disputes. Mr. Aguiló is also part of the Firm’s Immigration Practice Group, specializing in U.S. nonimmigrant temporary work visas. Mr. Aguiló has successfully obtained numerous work visas on behalf of PMA’s clients for foreign employees sought to be hired by such clients, and regularly advises the Firm’s clients on a wide variety of immigration law matters. In addition, Mr. Aguiló has litigated and given advice on employment and bankruptcy matters.
