Valeria Arce Dávila joined PMA’s Litigation Practice Group in 2022 after obtaining her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Puerto Rico School of Law, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. 

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Arce Dávila worked as Summer Associate and Law Clerk at various local firms.  While in law school, she completed a year of supervised practice at the University of Puerto Rico’s Intellectual Property Legal Aid Clinic which is authorized by the United States Patent and Trademark Office’s (USPTO) Law School Clinic Certification Program. She also served on the Litigation Association’s board of directors and was a student intern at the Office of the Special Independent Prosecutor’s Panel. 

Ms. Arce Dávila received her undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of Puerto Rico, Rio Piedras Campus, in 2019, graduating Mana Cum Laude. Her resume also includes work as an undergraduate researcher in the University of Virginia’s Institute for Advanced Studies in Culture and other research experience.
