Ms. Billoch-Vázquez joined PMA’s Corporate Practice Group in 2013 after receiving her J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Puerto Rico School of Law. She received her undergraduate degree in Economics from Tufts University in 2010. Ms. Billoch-Vázquez’s practice focuses on public finance, public sector, government affairs, commercial lending, and corporate and commercial law. She has advised various government entities and private corporations with respect to public finance matters and in connection with the drafting and enactment of legislation. She has also represented various financial institutions in connection with the restructuring of different types of credit facilities and the negotiation and documentation of workout transactions.
While in law school, Ms. Billoch-Vázquez served as Editor of the University of Puerto Rico Business Law Journal, Volume IV.
