Amanda Billoch-Vázquez

Amanda Billoch is a seasoned attorney with expertise in mergers and acquisitions, public-private partnerships, public finance, corporate finance and corporate and commercial law. She has significant experience working on large-scale and complex projects, including high-profile transactions. Amanda has participated in numerous major merger and acquisition transactions and has been involved in the largest public-private partnerships in Puerto Rico. She has also been active in public finance, representing local issuers and underwriters in the public issuance of billions of dollars in securities.

Amanda is also a member of the Board of Directors of ConPRmetidos, a non-profit organization focused on promoting Puerto Rico’s economic development, education and community resilience.
