Amanda Billoch-Vázquez

Ms. Billoch received her undergraduate degree in Economics from Tufts University in 2010 and joined PMA’s Corporate Practice Group in 2013 after receiving her J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Puerto Rico School of Law. Ms. Billoch’s practice focuses on public finance, mergers and acquisitions, debt restructuring, public-private partnerships, and corporate and commercial law. She has participated in the structuring, negotiation and documentation of large and complex transactions, including public debt offerings, debt restructurings, asset and equity sales and purchases, mergers, and commercial financings. 

While in law school, Ms. Billoch-Vázquez served as Editor of the University of Puerto Rico Business Law Journal, Volume IV.
