The Firm provides advice and litigation services in antitrust and trade regulation matters to clients in a wide range of industries, such as food, financial services, energy, health care, and insurance. PMA has participated in a number of leading antitrust cases in Puerto Rico, in both Federal and State Courts, and represents clients before the Federal Trade Commission and the Puerto Rico Justice Department’s Antitrust Division in connection with the regulatory review of mergers and acquisitions, as well as in proceedings involving unfair trade practices.
