Ms. Bertólez joined PMA’s litigation practice group in 1999 and became a Partner in 2004. She represents a diverse group of clients in an array of civil and commercial litigation matters, including but not limited to, employment litigation cases, antitrust litigation and compliance, trademark litigation, and the protection of intangible property rights, consumer affairs litigation and related compliance issues and disputes before the Department of Consumer Affairs. Ms. Bertólez has also litigated and given advice on constitutional federal claims, eminent domain litigation, and commercial contract disputes.
