Mr. Picó-Vázquez joined PMA’s Litigation Practice Group in 2023. He obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Puerto Rico School of Law, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. During his time in law school, he served as Associate Editor and Senior Editor for Vols. XCI and XCII of the University of Puerto Rico Law Review; and as Vice-President of the Federal Bar Association, U.P.R. Student Chapter. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Picó-Vázquez worked as a Law Clerk at various local firms and participated in PMA’s Summer Associate Program.

Mr. Picó-Vázquez obtained his undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of Missouri in 2020. While finishing his bachelor’s degree, he successfully completed various internships in the public and private sector, such as working with the Governor’s Principal Legal Advisor at the Puerto Rico Governor’s Mansion, the United States House of Representatives and in a lobbying firm in Washington D.C, where he specialized in working with state and federal government agencies. He was awarded an undergraduate certificate in American Constitutional Democracy, and a minor in Leadership and Public Service.
