Mr. Micheo joined the firm’s Corporate Practice Group in 2024. He obtained his Juris Doctor from Cornell Law School. While in law school, Mr. Micheo worked as a student clerk for the Honorable Daniel R. Domínguez and at the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office. He was also an Article Editor for the Cornell Journal of Law and Public Policy. His clinical work at Cornell consisted of assisting undocumented minors achieve legal status, mainly through asylum and Special Immigrant Juvenile status visas.

Prior to joining PMA’s Corporate Group, Mr. Micheo was an associate at Allen & Overy LLP. He primarily worked in the Restructuring group, with a focus on representing creditors. Prior to joining the Restructuring group, he spent time in the Litigation Group representing clients nationally and abroad in complex commercial matters.

Mr. Micheo has a bachelor’s degree in history and English Literature from Columbia University in the City of New York. Prior to law school, Mr. Micheo taught in elementary and high schools as a Teach for America Fellow and completed a Master of Science in Education at Hunter College.
