Héctor Santaella is Of Counsel of the Firm’s Labor & Employment Practice Group. Mr. Santaella practice focuses on the areas of employment law and litigation, discrimination and sexual harassment claims, wrongful termination and equal opportunity, wage and hour claims, labor management arbitration. He is an experienced litigator defending against labor and employment related claims, including: Title VII, sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation and wrongful discharge. In his practice, Mr. Santaella represents local and global corporations in the following lines of industries: telecommunications, banking and finance, pharmaceuticals manufacturing and distributions, health care, food and spirits, insurance, construction, security, and military manufacturing.
While attending law school, he served as member of the Interamerican University Law Review.
