Isaac A. Feliciano-Cortés joined Pietrantoni Méndez & Alvarez LLC’s Tax Practice Group in 2019. His practice focuses on international taxation, federal partnership taxation, and general Puerto Rico tax law and tax incentives matters.
He earned a J.D./M.B.A. from the University of Puerto Rico School of Law and an LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law in May 2024.
Before joining the Firm, Isaac Feliciano was part of PMA’s Summer Associate Program in 2017 and 2018, gaining valuable experience and insight into the Firm’s operations. During his law school years, he served as a research assistant to two of Puerto Rico’s most distinguished legal scholars: Constitutional Law Professor José Julián Álvarez González and Business Law Professor Carlos Díaz Olivo. This experience deepened his understanding in both constitutional and business law, further enhancing his legal acumen.
Isaac Feliciano earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science and Accounting from the University of Puerto Rico, Rio Piedras Campus. He also successfully passed all four parts of the CPA exam and is currently acquiring the required work experience to obtain his CPA license.
