James R. Gavin-Inclán

Mr. Gavin joined PMA’s Corporate Practice Group in 2014. Since joining the firm, he has worked in various areas including commercial lending, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate law. James has worked with financial institutions in commercial lending transactions, participated in the sale and acquisition of loan and asset portfolios and provided advice on legal and regulatory matters regarding investment companies. James has also assisted clients in registering as investment advisers under local law.

Prior to joining the firm he participated in PMA’s Summer Associate Program in 2012 and 2013. While attending law school he was the Articles Editor for the Boston College International & Comparative Law Review.
