Kevin J. García-Dávila

Mr. García joined PMA’s Corporate Practice Group in 2026. Prior to joining PMA, from 2023 to 2025, he worked as a corporate associate at a law firm in New York City where his practice focused on Mergers & Acquisitions, Securities and Corporate Governance matters. While in law school, he was a research assistant for Professor José Julián Álvarez González, distinguished Constitutional Law Professor. He was also an active member of the University of Puerto Rico Law Review, serving as Associate Editor & Senior Editor for Volumes LXXXIX and XC, respectively.

Mr. García received both his Juris Doctor & Master of Business Administration degrees from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras Campus under its joint degree program and his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Puerto Rico, Mayagüez Campus.
