María E. Martínez Casado

María Elena joined the Firm’s Litigation Practice Group as an associate in 2018. Her practice focused on commercial litigation, creditors’ right practice in Bankruptcy and arbitration matters. She served as law clerk to a federal appeals judge in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit during the 2019-2020 term. In that role, she worked on a variety of complex cases focused on criminal, constitutional, employment discrimination, immigration, and other matters. Ms. Martínez rejoined PMA’s Litigation Group in 2020 and continues to work on commercial litigation and bankruptcy matters.
