Priscila M. Ramírez

Ms. Priscila M. Ramírez Segarra is a limited member of the Corporate Department. She joined PMA in 2019 and has practiced corporate and commercial law since 2013. Over the years, she has been involved in various aspects of the real estate, commercial finance, consumer finance and general corporate practice.

She obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico, School of Law, where she graduated Suma Cum Laude. During law school, she was awarded with the opportunity to participate in an exchange program with Harris Manchester College of the University of Oxford. She also participated in the Firm’s Summer Associate Program, and prior to studying law, she graduated from Bentley University, majoring in Economics and Finance.
