Ricardo O. Meléndez

Mr. Meléndez joined PMA in 2001. As counsel in the corporate department, Mr. Meléndez regularly represents clients in acquisition and merger transactions, for real estate, communications, health, financial and other industries. As part of his practice, Ricky advises clients with the commercial lending and equity aspects of acquisition and restructuring transactions. He also advises directors, officers and management on corporate transactions. He has represented telecommunications and cable clients before the Puerto Rico Telecommunications Regulatory Board since its creation in 1996. Mr. Meléndez has significant experience in the broadcasting and music industries. Prior to joining PMA, Mr. Meléndez served as counsel for the Puerto Rico Public Broadcasting Corporation.
