The U.S. Department of Labor (Department) announced a final rule, “Defining and Delimiting the Exemptions for Executive, Administrative, Professional, Outside Sales, and Computer Employees”, which revises the overtime pay exemption for executive, administrative, and professional (EAP) employees.
